Accessibility Statement

Refresh MedSpa wants everyone to be able to use this website, learn about our treatments and reach us. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We have not yet had the site independently audited, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we have done
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Darker text and button colors where the old colors were hard to read.
- A cookie banner with two equal buttons that can be reached and used with a keyboard or screen reader.
Known limitations
- Some pages play a short, silent background video automatically, without a pause button.
- Some older page sections may have headings out of order or images without descriptions.
- A few downloadable PDF files may not work well with screen readers.
- Third-party tools on our pages, such as Google Maps, the GoHighLevel forms and chat, and Boulevard’s gift card pages, may present accessibility barriers. Please contact us if you have trouble using them.
We review the site as we update it and fix these as we go.
