I moved from a city that had countless 5 star treatment options, and I was concerned about finding quality service in Cape Coral. Well, I am concerned no more! I visited MedSpa 2 weeks ago for Botox. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Venessa, who provided the treatment was amazing, thorough, talented, and no up-selling pressure at all.
Venessa and her staff are amazing, more importantly the quality of the treatment was the best I’ve received. If you need treatment, go see the MedSpa team, if you’re going somewhere else, I would switch… they are that good!

I honestly cannot believe the improvement–my sun spots, small veins and fine lines disappeared and have not returned. I can’t believe I have erased over 5 decades of sun damage. I use the Skinbetter SPF 75 tinted sunscreen and it’s the best I have used on my face. Highly recommend these gals!

(You will leave with a natural but super refreshed version of your skin…no “duck lips” unless that’s what you ask for!) The SkinBetter line of skin products is wonderful, too. Although the price of products might seem high, I have found that I need a micro amount of product to get very pleasing results. This actually makes the products a good buy, because I don’t have to replenish them as frequently as my former skin care products. And, I know they are safe! I have had their hydrafacial, dermaplaning, BBL (seriously a gift for those of us who didn’t wear enough sunscreen!), microneedling (for stretch marks post-pregnancies) and botox. And I love the new line of products they are carrying – SkinBetter. I cannot tell you how many people have said how well rested I look. As a mom of three, that’s not something I get often…I will be back regularly!
